Using Sophia and VPP Home Energy

Informational Use

Sophia is a lead qualification assistant for VPP Home Energy. The site helps homeowners ask preliminary questions and request follow-up. It does not provide a final eligibility decision, utility contract advice, legal advice, tax advice, or engineering approval.

No Guaranteed Results

Savings, rates, backup performance, program availability, and eligibility depend on your home, usage, electric provider, local rules, equipment, and program terms. Any specific recommendation should be confirmed by a qualified human review.

Follow-Up Requests

If you provide contact information, you authorize VPP Home Energy to contact you about your VPP inquiry. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Text Message Program

Program. VPP Home Energy sends text messages about your Texas home battery and Virtual Power Plant inquiry — appointment confirmations, reminders, and replies to questions you asked us. You join by checking the consent box on our website and giving us a mobile number, or by texting us first.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Stopping and getting help. Reply STOP to any message to end texts. Reply HELP for help, or reach us using the contact details below. We honor an opt-out permanently.

Carriers. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and you should not rely on a text message for anything urgent.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to access protected systems, submit false or abusive information, or interfere with the voice or lead systems.

Service Availability

The website, Sophia voice experience, dashboards, and follow-up systems may be changed, paused, or unavailable at times. We may update these terms as the service evolves.
